Scheduling Made Simple
Finding a time that works for both you and your client can be a real challenge. But Full Slate makes it easy to coordinate busy schedules; clients can quickly scan through available appointment times and pick the one that works best for them.
You can show all openings by week or up to 5 that match the client’s search criteria - like 'next month on Tuesdays or Thursdays in the afternoon.'
Hours & Availability
You can vary your business hours from week to week and block time off whenever you want. It's up to you whether to offer same-day and next-day appointments or require more advance notice, and if you want to book just a month out or up to a year ahead of time.
Appointment Times
You can have Full Slate automatically calculate where appointments fit into your schedule based how long a service takes to perform and any downtime you need before or after for setup, cleanup or travel. Or, you can specify explicitly when you want appointments to start - like 'every half hour' or '8am and 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.'
Multiple Services
Clients can even add another service and find openings long enough for both – like a haircut plus color. Or, you can offer add-on's that cost extra but don't change the duration of an appointment – like aromatherapy during a massage.
